Setting up a wordpress site on your domain
Changing themes
Creating menus
Creating pages and posts
Taxonomies / categories & tags

But really the coarse covers anything you need to know. From basic to advanced topics.

We can do it at a cafe over a coffee, or from my home office in Thornbury.
